you should know that SUNCOMM WIRELESS INC, and CELLFIXX take caution whirl repairing you're device; however there is a risk where something unknown occurs. this page being display or presented or shown, in exchange for the repair service being rendered, you acknowledge that suncomm wireless inc franchise is an authorized service dealer and some parts may be original equipment manufactured. furthermore, by this policy being present, you agree and to release and hold harmless the suncomm wireless inc and franchise. the policy shall act as a full and complete release and as an a affirmative covenant not to sue suncomm wireless inc ,Cellfixx or its affiliates.

Device which are cracked, bents ,scuffs, burnout and/or contain vicious substance may, in result, hide interior part that are loose or damaged. at the time we receive your device for repair, not all damages may be fully known or obvious. If your device is inoperable after repair by our technician for part checked, we will gladly charge only our diagnostic fee of $25 and the old part can be installed back depending on the condition. Incase you no further want to repair the device in which technician has already started, the diagnostic fee will be applied and return to holder.
Device repairs deal with large external extent of electronic equipment and components. A tech cannot fully determine the cause of a malfunction until inside the device. Once inside, the tech may discover that the device will need further repair or it may not be repairable at all. If the device is not repairable the original part has to be returned , it may not be in the same condition from when given.
IF electronic device/parts/especial orders has not been picked up within the 90 days there will be NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT with the 25% stocking fee.
If electronic devices has not been pick up within the 90 days, IT WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF CELLFIXX AND SUNCOMM WIRLESS INC. END FRANCHISE.
After the 90 DAYs, As a maintenance fee, CELLPHONE OWNERS WILL OWE
$10 each day it was left after up to 10 DAYS NO REFOUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED OR ANY DEVICE GIVEN.
YOU SHOULD KNOW, PARTS MAY TAKE MORE TIME TO ARRIVE THE EXPECTED. Exchanges with ORIGINAL RECEIPT ONLY for accessories but NO RUFUNDS. Merchandise must be unaltered and free of damages within 7 days.
